Terms and Conditions

 

Photos are delivered the following business day after your shoot appointment upon receipt of payment in full.

All payments received after 5pm will be reviewed and photos will be delivered the following business day. If payment is not received within 30 days total costs will be submitted as a mechanics lien and will be perused and collected by the owner of the property.

Photography shot on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday. If you have any issues with photos please contact us within 7 days for edits and changes.

Any appointments canceled after 3pm the previous business day of your appointment will be subject to cancellation fees. Appointments that are canceled on the same day as scheduled shoot will be charged full price.

We will contact you the day prior to your scheduled appointment with a one hour arrival window. We ask that all gate codes, alarm codes or lock box codes be provided 48 hours in advance.

If you ordered 3D, Video or Twilight you understand that all occupants will need to vacate the property prior to the appointment to insure that all spaces can be shot at original scheduled appointment time. If there are occupants at the house it is possible that a second appointment will need to be scheduled at our next available open time to obtain all of your requested marketing materials.

Since this is a subjective service, our photographers always do their best to gather all marketing materials possible in the time scheduled. There is plenty of time if the property is ready for to begin shooting immediately upon arrival. However, extenuating circumstances can change our ability to gather all necessary materials which are out of our control and prevent us from gathering all marketing materials in the time allotted.

If there are issues with any marketing materials (photos, Drones, 3D, or video) please notify us As soon as possible and allow us up to 5 business days to make any edits to photos, gather additional photos you did not receive but would like, deliver edits and/or reshoot. We will always do our best to expedite this process but may need up to 5 business days to correct your issues fully.

Note, in the event that there is a considerable amount of delays ie property not being 100% ready to shoot upon arrival or preventative weather during your appointment time, we may need to reschedule any services required.

***If you would like to change any of your service requests we ask that you do so prior to 3pm the day before your scheduled appointment. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. **

***3D Tours are only active through date of sale, then removed. For extended use beyond the date of sale please contact our office prior to the sale/removal. Additional fees may apply. Once the sale is completed and the sale is removed tour can not be restored without a full re shoot. **

** Additional charge/time will need to be scheduled for any Gated communities, clubhouses, parks, neighborhood features or facilities. These will be scheduled within 5 business days. Same applies for any exterior buildings that are not attached or accessible from the inside of the main structure.*
